Fast-growing Nordomatic further expanding in Europe with new acquisition in Belgium

STOCKHOLM, 07 July – Nordomatic, the leading independent BMS system integrator in Europe, acquires the Belgian BMS company iBESS with customers throughout Benelux.
“We are now taking many steps towards our goal of becoming a global impact leader in BMS solutions and smart buildings. With iBESS on board, we get both new customers and high competence in the new employees”, says Toke Kjaer Juul, Vice President at Nordomatic.

iBESS is a successful Belgian company with a large number of customers in Benelux who they help with solutions for smart buildings.

“It is a fantastic opportunity for iBESS to grow as a company, especially for our employees who, together with Nordomatic, can use their expertise in even larger and more exciting assignments. Our many long term relationships with customers fits very well with Nordomatic’s focus on building trust and delivering value,” says Rony Gabriels, CEO of iBESS.

Earlier this year, Nordomatic acquired the Dutch company Y-con, which owned 50% of iBESS. Following the complementary acquisition, 100 percent of iBESS is now owned by Nordomatic.

“We have worked closely with iBESS for many years and are very much looking forward to starting this complete partnership with Nordomatic. But the big winners are our customers who now have access to even more globally proven expertise in BMS”, says Lyon van Hest, CEO of Y-con.

Nordomatic wants to become a global impact leader in BMS solutions and smart buildings. iBESS and the previous acquisition Y-con have for many years delivered strong results in the fast-growing Benelux region.

“As soon as the deal is closed, we will start integrating employees, coordinating sales, marketing, and communication activities, while at the same time aligning service offerings, product offerings, and more,” says Toke Kjaer Juul.
