This is always the first step in connecting one or several buildings in order to start collecting and monitoring data.

Secure Edge Module is hassle-free to install thanks to its zero-trust architecture, instead of the complicated VPN architecture found in other solutions.

Managed BMS

Managed BMS is a service that fully integrates the different local controllers in a unified SCADA/supervisor platform:

  • Overview
  • Alarm handling
  • Monitoring
  • Trend analysis
  • Data analytics, and
  • Operational improvements.

Single-sign-on and user access management is connected to your existing AD infrastructure, allowing a much more secure and efficient access control service.

The BMS functionality runs at the edge and in the Cloud, and you can access the system from any remote location in a secure way.

Managed energy: Ecopilot®

Ecopilot® is an online service and software solution that collects data from sensors in a building, e.g.:

  • Outdoor temperature
  • Indoor temperature
  • Occupancy
  • Etc.

On the basis of these data, the software controls the HVAC system in order to automatically optimize energy consumption and indoor air quality.

Ecopilot® comes in a commercial property version (heating, ventilation and cooling) and a residential version (heating only).

Managed workplace: Yanzi

Yanzi is a service that targets facility managers and property owners who want to retrieve a lot more data on how a building is actually being used.

By installing wireless sensors, we collect data on occupancy and indoor air quality, which we can then analyse to present valuable insights on how the building is being used, and on how the customer can reduce carbon emissions and costs by optimizing occupancy and facility services, while at the same time improving indoor air quality, and hence wellbeing and productivity.
