As Sweden’s tallest building, measuring 194 m, the Turning Torso is an architectural masterpiece in Malmö overlooking the sea and the Öresund bridge to Copenhagen.

The building has several office floors of approximately 4,000 sqm, but first and foremost more than 13,500 sqm of 147 luxurious apartments of the highest standard. The building has received nine international architectural and design awards since 2005. The property owner is HSB.

Nordomatic has modernized this fantastic building with new advanced controllers for HVAC management, and the building is also connected to the Nordomatic Cloud-based  BMS-system Styrportalen, which allows HSB to monitor and control the building remotely.
