iBOS®

Integration project, implementation of iBOS energy in 2019

The Maersk Tower at the University of Copenhagen was built as a state-of-the-art research facility. Construction began in 2012, and the building officially opened in 2017. This innovative architectural landmark offers an ideal environment for world-class health research. Sustainability, especially energy optimization, was a top priority in its design and construction.

Nordomatic was selected as the supplier due to our ability to meet customer requirements and offered best price. We have delivered a comprehensive BMS solution using Honeywell’s Centraline brand to control light, heat, ventilation, and cooling, featuring an open system. The project was finalized in 2019.

In the fall of 2023, we implemented iBOS energy, which optimizes the HVAC systems 24/7. Through intelligent control and adaptive energy management, comprehensive and actionable information is provided, giving the customer control over their energy consumption and creating a more consistent and pleasant indoor climate, avoiding large temperature fluctuations, for instance.
