When Nordomatic Group CEO Toke Kjær Juul brought the company’s new strategy, Nordomatic 2032: Connecting for Impact, to the United States in September, he was hosted by Amit Patel, President of Nordomatic US. Amit leads the American business through the most significant transition in its history, bringing AME and Conexus together under a single global brand, and the US leg of the roadshow was his to shape. The tour had already moved through Stockholm, Oslo, Riga, the United Kingdom and Copenhagen, reaching 38 locations across nine countries, and under Amit the American stop was built around the field rather than the front office.

He put Toke in front of the people who do the work. September 15th with the Conexus team in Pennsylvania, September 16th with AME in New Jersey, and neither took place in a hotel ballroom. An axe throwing hall in Pennsylvania and Topgolf in New Jersey, with technicians, service coordinators and project managers in the room rather than an audience of managers. Two days before Toke landed, Amit had helped raise the Nordomatic sign in the hallway of the Fairfield office, the first visible step toward AME becoming Nordomatic US in July 2027. It is a change he has spent the last two years preparing the business for, and one he has been clear will not alter what customers rely on. Same people, same phone number, same crews in the same buildings, with a company of more than 1,500 across nine countries behind them now.

The American operation Amit leads is no longer a regional integrator that happens to be owned abroad. It is a full part of how Nordomatic sets its direction, and the roadshow was where that became visible to everyone who works here.
