Nordomatic US Significantly Strengthens Its Position in the U.S. Market with the Strategic Acquisition of Conexus, Inc.

The acquisition also marks an important structural milestone for Nordomatic US. AME Inc., acquired by Nordomatic 18 months ago, was the company’s first entry into the U.S. market. With Conexus now joining, Nordomatic US will consist of two integrated companies: AME Inc. and Conexus. This combined structure strengthens Nordomatic’s footprint, operational capacity, and long-term market ambitions in the United States.

With 50 employees, a strong reputation, and long-standing customer relationships across K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Industrial/Manufacturing, Federal/DoD and State Agencies, Conexus becomes a fully integrated part of Nordomatic US. Founder and owner Kurt Twiford will continue as Director of the Pennsylvania Region and report to Amit Patel, US Group President, who also assumes the role of Country Director US.
