The best part about my job is the trust and opportunities I’ve been given. Since joining Nordomatic in 2022 as a Communication Coordinator, my role has grown alongside the company — and that’s been incredibly rewarding for my own development.

Being part of Group Function is also a real privilege; I get to meet so many fantastic colleagues across countries and cultures, each with their own perspectives and needs.

Plus, being surrounded by so many skilled and passionate colleagues makes it easy to stay inspired. You can’t help but learn something new every day.

The best part about my work is the variety of tasks I get to take on. I have the freedom to set the agenda, but also the chance to be creative and hands-on — developing much of the material we use across Nordomatic’s channels. It’s a great balance between strategy and creativity, which keeps my days both exciting and rewarding.
