Nordomatic has been a growth company in Europe since 1967, combining system integration with software solutions. The company is now establishing business in the global arena.

AME Inc. is one of the fastest-growing BMS contractors in the New York Metropolitan region. AME delivers cutting-edge solutions that optimize building performance, reduce energy consumption, and support sustainability initiatives. AICT has been a technical partner to AME Inc. since 2018 and has brought valuable insight and knowledge to projects in the United States.

”The decision to expand into the US and India is driven by the growing demand for advanced BMS and software solutions in these markets, where energy efficiency and sustainable practices are increasingly becoming priorities,” says Toke Juul, CEO of the Nordomatic Group. ”We are thrilled to partner with AME and AICT to become one of the world’s biggest independent BMS providers. We will continue to enhance building performance, reduce carbon footprints, and support customers in achieving their sustainability goals.”

In the US, AME will continue to work under the same name while continuing to collaborate with commercial and industrial sectors to implement energy-efficient systems in new and existing buildings, as the need to meet sustainability requirements is crucial for many businesses in the area.

In India, AICT will continue to be a strategic technical partner to AME Inc. while creating value for new and existing customers. AICT will strengthen and complement the Nordomatic Group employee capacity and continue to work under its existing brand name.

By expanding our operations and deepening our commitment to sustainability, we are growing our business and helping to build a greener, more energy-efficient future,” says Toke Juul. ”We will now strengthen our workforce and capacity even further to ensure we continue to create value for our customers.”

This significant move marks a major milestone in Nordomatic’s growth journey. It aims to increase market share and create a larger impact on tomorrow.
