The acquisition of VAM Technics Europe, a Belgian company specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) services, marks a significant milestone in Nordomatic’s growth journey.
The acquisition is a key element of Nordomatic’s strategy to strengthen team expertise and effectively respond to the growing customer demand. As part of the transition, the dedicated technicians from VAM Technics will join Nordomatic, ensuring continuity and enhancing the collective technical expertise of the combined team in Belgium. The acquisition aims to elevate operational excellence while actively contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions, aligning with Nordomatic’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

The new employees will become part of the Belgian team in Grobbendonk, under Nordomatic Benelux.
