STOCKHOLM, 12 May – Nordomatic, the leading independent BMS provider in the Nordics is taking its next step in its successful European expansion strategy by the acquisition of Y-con, a quality BMS-provider in the Netherlands which also has a presence in Belgium. Toke Kjaer Juul, VICE CEO of Nordomatic, says “Y-con is a great company with a strong installed customer base. This acquisition will be a great addition in establishing Nordomatic as Global BMS-player.”
Y-con was established in 2005 and has office in Tilburg, with approximately 30 employees.

Nordomatic wants to become the Global leader in BMS-solutions and Smart Buildings. Y-con is located in the fast-growing Benelux region with a 15-year track record, and an outstanding management team. The company is a pioneer within managed BMS and has a strong interest in cloud based-services.
