As a team manager for our office in Lillehammer we are focusing on growth in our region.

As a Team manager and Project Manager, I have the opportunity to influence those around me and take part in exciting projects where we work together towards a common goal of delivering quality and achieving good results!

We work in a company that is constantly moving and changing, so it is very educational and exciting to be part of the journey in a growing group.

Our BMS solutions give property owners the right tools to optimize their building operations. We participate in the green shift with a focus on energy-saving solutions, which is very exciting!

“What is the best part about your work?”

One of the best things about working at Nordomatic must be the freedom to influence your own workday and the variety of work tasks. I find it very meaningful to be able to be a resource and supporter for my fellow colleagues. My goal is to help make everyday life easier for customers, colleagues, and partners by creating smart and better solutions.

With a background as an engineer, I primarily love working with technology, engineering, and programming. At the same time, I am responsible for following up on my team and colleagues and get to take part in internal processes within finance, human resources, strategy, and marketing/sales.

I get to work directly with our customers, and occasionally out on Site working with commissioning. I like structure and order, and system architecture is very important in our profession. I get to work with programming and our BMS solutions.

Satisfied customers and employees, good technical solutions, and being able to deliver good results gives me mastery, meaningful work and belonging!
