What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I really enjoy about my work is making a positive difference on a project. I love the office part, where I strategize and plan out the project just as much as being on the building site for meetings and talking to our clients or subcontractors. I also enjoy the fact that I years after a project can point at the building and say “I made that happen”.
What do you strive for in the future in your line of work?
In the future I hope more women would join me in this line of work, even though I know it isn’t for everyone. Being a woman on a building site, I always have the experience that I get another kind of respect – and it’s always the positive kind, so I never get tired of vising the projects on site.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
I really enjoy being able to work with so many different projects and subjects over time and get to balance my private life and work life. I also appreciate that there is almost a 50/50 distribution of office days and on site days.
What do you strive for in the future in your line of work?
I have not figured out exactly what I would like to do in the future, but I would believe somewhat of the same that I already do – but on a bigger scale. To engage in new, exciting projects, and using my knowledge to develop the best solutions for the customer while taking care of their wanted outcomes.
